WLTH and Nectar Mortgages partnership allows brokers to offer affordable, ocean-friendly loans

• A new partnership between digital lending and payments provider WLTH and brokerage Nectar Mortgages aims to expand its broker network
  

• Brokers will now have the option to offer competitive, digital mortgages that help to clean up Australia’s oceans. 

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA, 12 December 2022 - Digital lender WLTH has expanded its broker network by announcing a new partnership with franchise brokerage, Nectar Mortgages. This new collaboration will see WLTH’s suite of lending products be made available to a network of over 110 brokers which could mean a potential $300-$500m in extra annual lending for the Brisbane-founded company. 

This presents an opportunity for Nectar to reach new customers and introduce them to home loan products that can ease the process and cost of owning a property. Brokers can now offer competitive digital loans, and faster loan processing and approvals, increasing their volume of successful mortgage conversions. 

In addition, every WLTH loan settled by Nectar’s network of brokers will also contribute to cleaner oceans. Each WLTH loan that is settled funds the clean-up of 50sqm of the Australian coastline, with all Visa debit cards associated with WLTH offset accounts made of recycled Parley Ocean Plastic®.
