Mortgage Choice welcomes new State Manager for VIC and TAS

Mortgage Choice is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Tim Schneider to the role of
State Manager Victoria/Tasmania.

Reporting to Aaron Slater, General Manager Distribution, Tim will take charge of performance and
business growth for the Mortgage Choice network across the two states. In his new role, Tim will be
supported by Victoria/Tasmania Franchise Development Managers Sanjay Chandiramani, Stacey
Caddy and Skye Callaghan.

Commenting on Tim’s appointment, Mr Slater said, “We’re thrilled that Tim has accepted this role.
He has an impressive background in mortgage aggregation, with a proven track record in partnering
with brokers to grow their businesses. Leveraging this experience, Tim will support our 180
franchisees in Victoria and Tasmania, and their teams, to achieve great business results.”

Before being appointed to the State Manager role, Tim was Mortgage Choice’s Head of Broker
Growth. Prior to joining the business in early 2023, Tim was Director, Lending Distribution at Loan
Market Group. He also spent 18 years with Choice Aggregation and NAB, across a range of
partnership and marketing roles.

Speaking about his appointment, Mr Schneider commented, “I’m excited to be moving into this new
role to support our incredible franchisees and their teams across Victoria and Tasmania. I’m looking
forward to spending time with our network over the coming months to get under the hood of these
businesses so we can develop tailored support interventions to help our franchisees reach their
goals.
