For over 22 years, Tony Bice has been a pivotal figure in Australia’s finance industry, expertly guiding clients to their dream homes and investment properties as the Director of First Choice Mortgage Brokers and Finance Made Easy. His journey began with nearly two decades at the Commonwealth Bank, starting as a teller at 18 and rising through the ranks to personal lending and senior management roles. A redundancy during the bank's merger with Colonial marked a turning point, leading him to "stumble" into mortgage broking during its early days in Australia.
