Rate Money yesterday launched an industry-first no-clawbacks mortgage line, offering no application fees, valuation fees or risk fees. The Rate Money House Money product line, which offers owner-occupier and investor loans from full doc to low doc, is now available through the 31 Rate Money franchises and the brokers that refer to them. This product line is fee-free and does not have any clawbacks.
